Booking and Cancellation Policies
To guarantee bookings, credit card details are needed or 50% of the total cost should be paid in advance by bank transfer.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged and in case of deposits, they will be refunded.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show:
* Bank transfer as guarantee: Deposits will not be refunded, being considered compensation for cancellation.
* Credit card as guarantee: 100% of the total cost will be charged to credit card.
* In case you leave the hotel during your stay, we will charge the whole amount of your reservation, without any kind of compensation.
